בן סביר (קבלן מבצע – AB Capital): הלב הפועם של האתר. קבלן ישראלי עם למעלה מ-10 שנות ניסיון בבנייה בקו-סמוי. בן מכיר כל ספק בטון וכל רשם מקרקעין באי. הוא האיש שמבטיח שהתוכניות המדויקות על הנייר יהפכו למציאות בשטח, ללא ‘עיגולי פינות’ תאילנדיים.
אריאל גזיאל (כספים ופיננסים): רו”ח מנוסה שמביא סדר וארגון לכספי הפרויקט. אריאל דואג שהתזרים יהיה מנוהל ושקוף, ושהכסף שלכם ילך בדיוק למטרות שלשמן הוא נועד.
המעטפת המשפטית: אנחנו עובדים עם Aoi Lawyer, משרד עו”ד מקומי מוביל המתמחה בנדל”ן לזרים, ועם עו”ד גיל-עד זגר המלווה את הפרויקט מהצד הישראלי. ביצענו בדיקות נאותות (Due Diligence) מקיפות לקרקע עוד לפני הרכישה, כדי להבטיח שהיא נקייה מכל שעבוד או בעיה משפטית.

Executive Director

His expertise spans facilities management, operations optimization, and business development, complemented by a proven history of building and scaling successful ventures, including his own tourism company that pioneered new market segments in Israel.
Mr. Raz’s military background as Head of Cyber Division in the prestigious 8200 Intelligence Corps Unit, where he received the Israel Defense Prize from the Prime Minister, Chief of Staff, and Minister of Defense, underscores his capabilities in strategic thinking and leadership. His academic credentials include an MA in Technology and Communication (Technological Futurism) from Bar Ilan University, coupled with a BA in Business Administration and Economics. A recipient of multiple volunteer recognition awards, including the Rotary Israel Service Award and the Israeli Presidential Award for Volunteerism, Barak brings a unique combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and social responsibility to his executive role.

Since establishing his accounting firm in 2011, he has built an impressive track record in international real estate operations and corporate finance. His career highlights include serving as Head of Processes and Controls at a major public real estate company, where he successfully managed financial operations across more than 40 international subsidiaries throughout the US, Canada, and Europe.
Ariel’s extensive experience includes preparing IPO prospectuses for both local and AIM markets, overseeing bond issuances, and managing complex urban renewal projects. His expertise extends to guiding real estate acquisition groups, optimizing international tax structures, and implementing efficient corporate restructuring strategies. As CFO for several high-tech companies, he has demonstrated exceptional skill in developing and monitoring budgets, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring robust corporate governance.
His comprehensive understanding of international real estate operations, combined with his proven ability to optimize financial structures and manage complex cross-border transactions, makes him uniquely qualified to oversee the financial aspects of our Thailand development project. His strategic approach to financial management and deep experience in international markets ensures our project maintains the highest standards of fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency.

Ben-Benjamin Savir brings a unique combination of international business education and extensive hands-on experience in Thailand’s luxury construction sector. After completing his Business Administration and Law studies at Ono Academic College, Ben transitioned from his marketing management role at S.A. Savir Investments Ltd. to pursue his passion for property development in Koh Samui.
Since making Koh Samui his home in 2015, Ben has immersed himself in every aspect of luxury villa construction and project management, actively managing all our construction sites. His ability to communicate fluently in Hebrew, English, and Thai has proven invaluable in bridging cultural gaps and ensuring seamless coordination between international clients and local construction teams.
As the founder of A.B. Capital Ltd. and right-hand to Aviram Savir, Ben directly oversees daily operations, manages construction teams, and coordinates with suppliers, ensuring that each project maintains our renowned exceptional standards and distinctive features. His hands-on approach and deep understanding of local construction practices, combined with international business acumen, make him an essential and significant part of our management team.
Ben’s decade-long experience living and working in Koh Samui has helped develop crucial relationships with suppliers, contractors, and local authorities, while his multicultural background enables effective communication across all aspects of our projects. As the active manager of all our construction sites, he maintains direct oversight of every development phase, ensuring our high standards are consistently met.

As the founder and managing director of Sea&Sky Samui and Paradise Spring Villas, he has established himself as one of Koh Samui’s most distinguished developers, having successfully completed six high-end villas that set new standards for construction quality on the island.
What sets Aviram’s approach apart is his unique operational model. Unlike other developers in Koh Samui, he maintains complete control over the construction process through direct employment of all construction staff and ownership of essential equipment. This integrated approach, where workers are permanently employed and housed by the company, ensures unprecedented quality control and consistency in execution.
His commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of the construction process. From earthworks to electrical systems, all operations are conducted by his dedicated in-house team of skilled craftsmen, including plumbers, electricians, and builders.
